At American Valor Co., every item is made and shipped with care. Because our products are custom-made in small batches, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement if eligible.
